What do you think about this deal?

Hi,

Just need your opinion on this deal.

2005 G35 Sedan with Premium Package C (MSRP at $ 34,970).

A dealer quoted me at $31,849 (invoice) plus taxes and license fees with 4.9% APR for 60 months.

I am in So Cal and I called several dealers and this is the best offer I got so far.

What do you think?

Invoice is good on the 05 Sedan.

The best I could find recently on the 05 Sedan is $500 over invoice (Discover Infiniti's Fleet Sales Dept.). 4.9 sounds about right for financing.

Invoice sounds good.. while doing my own So Cal research, I heard anywhere from $1500 to $500 over invoice.. I went with Costa Mesa Infiniti who gave me a quote of $700 over invoice.. I ended up getting my 05 5AT sedan (with Premium B and Sport) on Saturday for $32,800.. or about $250 over invoice, I think.. I was happy with that, especially since I was already happy with $700 over invoice.. by the way, Bryan and Frank are great guys to work with at CM Infiniti's Fleet/Internet Dept.. and they said they would beat anyone else's offer.. although I'm not sure how they'll react to invoice pricing

I think you can do better than 4.9% financing.. when they asked me about financing, I was pretty upfront in telling them that if they could match my credit union at 4.49%, I'd go with them (www.wescom.org).. there was absolutely no hesitation in their voice when they said 4.49% would not be a problem.. and this was before they ran my credit.. for what its worth, I have a 697 credit score..

If you don't mind sharing, what dealer quoted you invoice?

Thanks for your info on financing. He told me that 4.9% is offered by Infiniti Finance Corp. Just wondering what bank you financed from?

As for the dealership, I don't mind sharing. However, I want to make sure I could get that deal done; otherwise, it's just another trick that dealerships always play to get people there. I plan going there this weekend and will update you what happens lateron.

Andyshih, the 4.49% was through Infiniti Finance. Over at Freshalloy.com, someone said they recently got 3.9%, I believe. I was under the impression that was from Infiniti as well.

Good luck at the dealer.. keep us updated!

My 04 G35 sedan AT premium pack purchased Feb 04 at 31050.00 and 2.9% financing. The dealer showed me invoice and this was 50.00 over. The reason they treated me so well was to compensate me for the loss I took on my 2003 I35 POS. I know I35's are usually great cars but I got a bad one and Infiniti corp would rather fight than make friends by helping you out of the POS. To many of us are buying G35's and making them so successful that they have swollen heads and forgot how Nissan almost went belly up. Well at least Infiniti of the Palm Beaches took pity on me. Of course , they made a profit and also made a profit on my I35 which they resold anyway. As long as you did not go over 60 - 65mph, you did not feel the front end vibration...bet they sold it to some little old couple!

SHAME ON INFINITI CONSUMER SERVICES.

2005 G35 Deal

Hi guys,

Just came back from the dealership and got 2005 Lakeshore Slate G35 with premium package C. Everything was as mentioned eariler. We got the invoice price at 4.44% financing for 48 months.

Here is the detailed info:

Dealership: Cerritos Infiniti
Internet Fleet Manager: Gerard Villanueva
Phone: 562-345-4333
MSRP: $ 34,860
Invoice: $ 31,907

Gerard was very nice and helpful. The whole deal took only 90 mins to be completed including test-drive, credit check, paperwork, and demostration. We walked out the dealership with a big smile on our faces.

Strongly suggest to all So Cal people to get your Infiniti G35 from Gerard at Cerritos Infiniti.

That sounds like a good deal, I am in Las Vegas and had to go to LA to get my car at a decent price. Although there were many very close quotes the best quote was from Parkway Infiniti on Magic mountain Parkwy in Valencia. I got my 05 Sedan, Premium C, Nav pkg, Chrome upgrade including wheels, and the 83 month $0 deductable 100,000 mile warrantee for $40,000 out the door. No financing needed. The person I dealt with was Abdallah @ 661-253-4441
