Greetings from WI

Hello all.

I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been lurking on her for quite some time researching what to look for in a G35. Finally picked up an 05 G35X about a month ago.

A little about me.
I live in Wisconsin, but we are looking to relocate to the Carolinas in spring. Some people would say I am obsessed with cars, I say passionate. I grew up going to car shows all over the country with my Dad who worked for a national car publication. he sparked my love for cars. He was a Drag racer in the 60's. His car name was the Rapid Rabbit which is where my signon comes from.

I have never owned 4 door sedans before as I have been driving convertibles for the last 20 years. So when I was forced to buy a sedan (we have a 2 year little girl) I had only 1 choice I would except. A G35. Nothing else tripped my trigger. So far I love it.

My garage also includes my 1970 Mustang convertible. Which I am in the middle of swamping in an EFI 5.0 engine.

Sorry if I rambled too much.

Thanks.

It took me about 3 months to even find one that I would buy. We wanted blue. There are very few if any G35's for sale in my area as we did not have an Infiniti dealer until this year. We actually drove down to Chicago and looked at several, but there was some issue will each of them. Finally found one in Milwaukee which is about 90 miles south of me. The other issue was needed the premium package. Memory seats was a must. So that narrowed it down too.

Nice mustang. Growing up (until I turned 16) my dad had a 65 fastback done right. Welcome to the G community
