?s concerning Z Tube and K&N install

I just installed my Z tube and a K&N Filter. I love the sound under WOT . I had a couple of questions though:

1. The car seems to idle a little bit eratic (spelling>). It is fine after a short drive but when i first turn the car on i notice it. Is this normal? Will it pass as the ECU learns the new configuration?

2. Is it just me or does this install seem to improve throttle response (AT)? Maybe it is just psychological.

Thanks
Dennis

Wide Open Throttle

As for the idle issue, it's been my experience that these motor/ECUs do take some time to adjust to performance parts. You'll probably notice the induction sound may get a little louder over the next few days. I always noticed when I swapped intakes on my Maxima, the induction noise would get progressively deeper and the throttle response would improve. According to Nissan techs, it takes about 40 starts for the ECU to completely learn the parameters.
