I bought the car a couple weeks ago and waited for the dealer to get the splashguards in. So we take the car in and the service guy tells me that Infiniti sent them the wrong ones and he has no idea when the new ones will be coming out. Anyone have any idea when the "new" 05 sedan splashguards are coming out? Thanks.

 

Late Febuary. Same thing happened to me I wanted the Front lip also but Infiniti recalled them both b/c of improper fit and color...

 

so you cant get the body color matched splash guards yet?

 

Nope the splash guards, front spolier are all on "National Backorder" Freaking BS...........

They did for the body kits on the 03'.... they are way off on color matching... Infiniti has a huge problem with color matching... guess the paint guys are smoking to much pot and can't tell the difference..

 

hmm.i dunno about them splashguards...i think the car looks better without them..if ur worried about dirt getting on the rear bumper just wash the car more often = )

 

i dont really care, but my car came with them and there half plastic half body matched.....i just think thats really gay, they shoulda just came with body color all the way around, u kno?

 

They're half-black on your 2004 to match the black lower portion of the car's body. They would look "really gay" if they were all body-colored on an '04. That would draw more attention to them.
