Slip while turning left

So, here's a completely stupid question. I have an 2006 G35x. With the slightest bit of moisture on the ground, I run the risk of slipping when the wheels are turned to the left. Forward or reverse, fast, slow... whatever. What might cause this? I've checked the pressure and the tread, but they're both find. Alignment's ok as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure your alignment is okay? I would check outer tie rods and tires tread before anything else.

Thanks guys. I'll check it over. I'm thinking it's not the tired, relatively new and have about 10/32 left. I'll pull off the wheels and check the tie rods.

If your alignment is correct, the issue is likely tires! What is the UTQG on the tires you're running? To get all the traction you need anything over 600 could be causing your issue. My Michelin PS2s are 240 so I can damn near climb walls. Best mileage and traction the UTQG should be close to 300....Gary

ideal tire pressure really wont save you all that much gas if even enough for you to notice, but yeah assuming alignments in check probablly your tires, make sure the tires have worn fairly evenly how many km's on your car?
