Malfunction lights. Dashboard lighted up like a christmas tree

I drive the 04 G35x. Yesterday when I started the car, the VDC light, the Slip light, the ABS light, the AWD light and the check engine light all came on. Also the speedometer and the odometer stopped working too. The dashboard lighted up like a christmas tree. The car drives fine though. Although I can't tell how fast I was going.
Last week I scheduled an oil change at the dealership for tomorrow, so I guess I'll know what's wrong tomorrow.

You might check the clock to make sure the date is set properly. I think you found the December 25th "easter egg" a little late.

could be dying alternator... i drove one of my cars while the alternator was about to die (i didn't know it at the time). so while driving on the freeway, the lights started acting funny. random warning lights would come on, eventually they were all on and wouldn't go off, then my lights started getting dim, lost spark power... and eventually died. <1 mi from home... damn i was pissed. but i'm sure they'll know what's wrong with it. don't forget to update, as i want to know too.

Apart from the rough idling, the car drives fine. The malfunction lights stayed on this morning as I drove the car to the dealership. The service advisor said it was due to the cold weather (-30C in Toronto yesderday). Didn't make a whole lot of sense to me, don't people drive Infinitis in cold weather? Oh well, I'll know what's wrong for sure when I pick up the car.

The verdict is in. A cable that connects the speedometer broke.
The car is only 3 months old.... and it is going to take 2 to 3 days to order the parts and fix the problem.
I hope this is not a sign of things to come. I had an Infiniti before and it was quite reliable.
