I thought bc of the exhaust manifolds swap and the y pipe off the 07+ g35 will fit the 03-06, why wouldn't these fit?

If they would fit I'm sure they would be marketed as fitting all years. They wouldn't lose out on possible sales.

If you swap to HR manifolds you need to swap the cats too, the manifold exits are different from DE's

No. The 07+ has the "HR" engine and the cats are a different length. This is why if you wanted to run the HR manifold on a DE, you also need HR cats.

Thanks for the info, actually was looking at the FI cats on eBay but already ended...I m taking my long tubes off & just bought the Strup shorty headers & trying to narrow down what hi flow cats to go with berk, Kinetix or FI, or just go with cat deletes with resonators instead. What do y'all think?

Fast Intensions for cats, Motodyne ART pipes for cat delete. I'd run cats.

Stay with Fast Intentions! I ran my BERK'S for 13 months and something seperated inside, manufacture said I was SOL cause they only warranty for 12 months. I've been using FI for over a year and love'em!

Thanks guys!!!
I ve been dealing with my g-sedan running like pure crap and throwing codes...even after replacing all the o2 sensors primary and secondary...bc I made a huge mistake with running long tubes and have an early 03 that's not tuned...so I m running extremely rich...Now I m waiting for my Strup headers to get here and ill be ordering FI hi flow cats, bc I just moved to ATL and they have emissions testings unlike Florida...Once again, thanks for the info:-)
