Catalytic Converter: can I install this one on my sedan as it is?

Hey all

I need a new cat, will do both sides. Im looking online and see that most websites carry different types. Question is this:. Can i install one of these cats shown here (http://www.carid.com/2005-infiniti-g...ic-converters/) thats not pre-bent? Does the cat need to be bent like in the first example?

Thanks!

DD

The ones that aren't bent are generic, only the first one is close to OEM.
