only one horn is working

after a car wash the other day i went to lock my car and my horn seem like it had a much lower volume. im guessing one of my horns is bad , how do i go about checking this?

Put power to each horn one at a time and see if it goes off.

Or just hold a hand over each and have someone beep the horn

this happened to me... i just left it and the horn came back LOL ... i thought it just got too wet...
