my belt tnesioner pulley bracket gone bad !?

I was planning to change out my belts and noticed one of my tensioners like this one is screwed up

http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-Infiniti-...f2251f&vxp=mtr

where the head of the long screw meet the bracket at that fork at the bottom the bracket apparently has bent up and the head of the bolt has chewd it up some. When I try to tighten, or loosen the tensioner pulley the head of the long bolt just pops out, or chews up the bracket even more. It's a weak piece of metal, I guess the pevious owner messed it up. Has anyone else had this problem ? Is there something better to replace it with, or should I just get another OEM replacement bracket.

Any tricks to replace it, or pretty straightforward ?

Easy, just costs more than you think ahahaha, even the new one appears to be the wrong size and you will be tightening it a lot. Wish it was designed differently

Maybe I'll pull it off and try to weld it up better / stronger....
