How can I tell if I've got an authentic Nismo bumper?

Hello,

My wife's car was totalled so now I just drop in to lurk every now and then. I've still got some parts from her car that I want to sell off. One of them being what I have always believed to be an authentic Nismo/Aero front bumper.

I bought it in 2007 and the ducts and license plate holder had been cut out to allow for more airflow for a turbocharged setup. Similar to ttrank's old nismo bumper. It is poly and at that time, I don't know if there was anybody making an aftermarket poly Nismo sedan bumper. The factory part number is located on the license plate holder and since that was cut out, there is no part number. However, there are about 4 of the same numbers on the back of the bumper. The paint appears factory and the car it was taken off of had a full nismo kit, so I'm leaning towards it being authentic. I want myself, as well as the person that buys it, to be as informed as possible.

If anybody would be kind enough to help me, I would really appreciate it. I will have pics of the numbers and the bumper tomorrow.

Thanks.

Here is a pic of the numbers/letters that are on the back of the bumper.

Again, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reassurance. I knew about the Nissan stamp, and yeah too bad the license plate area is cut out.

Sorry, I didn't follow through on this thread. I had an offer on it and that's why I didn't follow up. Buyer backed out. I'll take pics of the whole bumper, just so everyone can see it.
