Brake pulsation and vibration while braking at 80 mph

I just changed my front brake pads to OEM and front rotors to autozone because I felt vibration while braking on highway and pulsation while brake at slow speed. After brake jobs done, it got better but still there. Tried to hit the foot brake only then there was NO pulsation, did't try it on highway it's dangerous. I assume it would not be the rear brake? Or it would be my caliper? I noticed the rotors are worn differently from others. Picture is attached. I'm running out of idea what causes this. Any idea? Thanks.

How bad is your? I can feel it when braking lightly from 40mph to 0mph, like a a "huge" ABS kicking in, but definitely not the abs any idea? Would it be calipers???

Lovely, it looks like you have uneven wear on your rotor. My guess is you have a bad caliper, it may not be "floating" like it should (could be frozen or stuck) which would cause the brake pads to wear funny. A good way to check for this issue is to inspect the rotor after driving the car and testing it's temp. If it's significantly hotter than the other rotors that's your problem.

Rear parking brake is internal drum, so pressing the foot brake doesn't activate the rear calipers.

I had the same problem even after changing my rear calipers and pads. Ended up being worn out wheel bearings that were causing the loud vibration when braking.

^^^ Was going to say this.

I checked my rotors, had them turned a little, replaced the pads, and still had a little shake at 55mph-75mph braking. A week later, I started getting a horrible groan/grind noise from the front wheels. Replaced wheel bearings, problem solved.

My rotors are gouged worse than yours are by looking at the pictures.

But mine are on the rear.
I've been advised to changed calipers rotors and pads for my rears.
I get the exact brake 'judder' that you are describing. i hate braking on my car now lol.

You know how it brakes and its got some pulsation during the light brake from 40-0mph right?

Have you changed your calipers yet? There is something I have noticed too, when I fully lock my rear brake and intend to drive for like a 5mph, when the is just about to move it makes a squeak sound just like the brake is almost going out. By this, could it mean the rear brakes are going out?

I think my bearing is fine to becoz I have lifted my car and spinned the wheel by hand I can heard that light scraping just like the rotor and the pad are slightly contacted with each other.... Would you think it might be the caliper?

Brakes on the early sedans are horrible. Rotors are known to warp badly and calipers are known to seize.

I had the same problems you are having. All of this was solved when I upgraded to the 2005+ OEM coupe brakes. They have bigger calipers and bigger rotors than what our 2003-2004 sedans have.

I would suggest replacing the one problematic caliper.

Yup it i think its the same judder that you are experiencing.
I just got my centric premiums today and waiting on pads and calipers which should be here next week. When I get everything changed out i'll post back.

I have an 06 and it still has the same issues described above. Lack of regualr brake fluid flush cause brake components to rust from the inside causing seizing pins / pistons etc.
Timely fluid flushes are key. I bought the car used so im gonna put the blame on the previous owners (ive already done a brake flush but most of the damage was done prior to that i think)
