Back windows don't work

So my back windows haven't worked for a long time. I used to have some leds installed by the door sills and got tired of then and cut the wire to remove them, ever since then they don't work. I went to a shop and they said it's not the fuse but that I needed new window motors, I got new motors and that didn't solve the problem.
One of my friends tested the old motors and the windows were going down. They just don't go down when you press the window switches. He said I probably needed a new master switch. I got a new one and they still don't go down, what should I look at next?

Look at the connection of the leds and see if that is messing with the switch some how. Like go back to completely stock wiring.

Check your relays in the engine bay and the fuses in both the kickpanel and the engine bay. The relays are in the same location as the fuses. Remember there are TWO fuse boxes in the engine compartment. One in front of the battery (relays should be here along with a fuse) and the fuse box on the firewall (not sure if window fuse exists here or not)

I had this happen to my wife's car. It was the master switch.... You can get them at decent prices on Ebay. Just make sure the connector on the back is the same

Sure you didn't accidentally cut another wire?

I'd recheck where you made that cut and see if you didn't damage any of the OEM window wiring
