For $11 bucks you can't go wrong. Even if it's terrible and sounds like a Honda with a hole in the muffler you're still only out $11.

Awesome deal!!

Sweet - does the seller have any more available? If so, can you post the link?

I just bought something similar to this. That one that you show has a shorter resonator and is labeled as RC. The one I have is Walker# 56182 $(68.00- Advance) and has a good 50% longer resonator. There is also one available from Bosal ( $198.00)that splits into 2 pipes after the resonator and comes back into 1 before muffler. My thinking is more space/bigger tube = tamer less ricy sound.
If I don't like the sound, I'll be repairing the muffler flange and putting the stock one back on. It's amazing, the entire exhaust system is in great condition, but both flanges connecting resonator to muffler are rusted through. They should have used plate flanges instead of a stamped ones.

Just had my mid pipe and muffler replaced today. (Bought used coupe mid and sedan muffler both in great shape). Took it to meineke as I'm too old to be laying on my back spitting out rust.
Mechanic did a decent job, was even able to save the ground strap. He tried hitting the muffler to mid pipe flange nut with an impact and it just fell to the floor in a broken, rusted mess. Cost me $120. Saved a lot of swearing and high blood pressure episodes.

Careful of videos. They just don't sound the same as the real thing. I made that mistake with an SRS cat back for my I35.

I bought one for my 03 doesn't sound bad I got more exhaust tone in the lower rpms than anything but it gave it a decent change for the money from what I understand the 03-04 mufflers are not as big as the 05-06 so there would probably be a difference in sound between the two and I definitely wouldnt trust sound video most of them are shot with a cell phone and can't clearly pick up the sound

I used to have a coupe midpipe on my 03. Too much drone at around 18-2000 rpms. I switched to an 05 sedan midpipe which is much smaller than the suitcase size 03. Nice sound without any drone. Other members have done the same.

The single resonator replacement I installed with oem muffler, sounds very similar to stock. It may be a little more throaty, but not ricy and no drone whatsoever.

I replaced the dreaded suitcase midpipe with a Magnaflow resonator (part number is buried in one of the exhaust threads) a while back and I have to agree with this statement. Makes the first gen sedan sound a bit more throaty, very much like the newer sedans. Not rice. No drone.
