06 sedan Both fog lights out, help

this is for a 06 x sedan

i have been running bi-xenon hids on my fogs/hi-beams fine for over 1 year.

now recently i replaced my battery which by the way, this car is the MOST inconvenient time i had replacing a car battery. Who's the idiot that thought to have to remove the whole weather-stripping just to take out a battery? sigh.....

Anyhow, after i replaced the battery my fogs stopped working.

i can still hear a click when i high beam, but no lights turn on from the fogs.

i'm thinking the relay is fine, and it might be a blown fuse.

Now, the fuse.........

is it located on the side of the battery? i think the service manual calls it ipmd or something.

if it is, what kind of fuse do i need exactly? is it the large square type? the regular slim rectangular?

or if it's not the fuse, what else could it be?

i thought maybe the aftermarket hids crapped out on me, but then i never had both lights going at the same time from all the years i've used aftermarket hids.

Can anyone help? pictures would be great!

Your high-beams have two seperate 10amp fuses #72 and #74 in your IPDM (thats the box on the firewall behind the battery, even more fun to get to). Your fogs share one 15amp fuse #88 in the IPDM. As long as you hear the relay clicking then this is likely to be the fuse that's blown. Pic below.
