2004 G35 P0011 and P0300

I have a question that has probably been talked about a lot but I'm not very smart mechanically so I need some help.
I bought my daughter a 2004 G35 Sedan. It has 97000 miles on it now. We've had it a couple years with no real issues. The car is garaged. Last week on a morning when it was below zero outside my daughter called me saying that when she started the car the motor shook the whole car when it first started. She said it ran rough but evened out before she got to school. It's ran fine ever since. However the check engine light did come on. It's been a couple weeks but I finally got it to Autozone to do a scan and the following codes came up. P0011 and P0300. The car runs ok now with no issues. I checked the oil and it was at the correct level. So I disconnected the negative cable for 10 minutes then put it back on. The check engine light was off. Hopefully it stays that way. Any ideas why it was so rough on that one morning to cause these codes to come on? If they don't come back on should I not worry about it anymore? If the light does come back on with the same codes what should I do to have it fixed. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Gary

For the P0011 it's most likely camshaft sensor bank 1 and p0300 is a misfire cylinder
