Exclamation AC help

My MAF rubbed a hole in the high pressure freon line. Is there a repair for this or do you need to replace the entire line (PITA). I have access to compression fittings but the line looks like a 5/16" or the metric equivalent.

Any ideas?

You have to replace the entire line, the orifice tube (standard part to replace when system is opened), then pull a vacuum and refill the system.
