Hey everyone its been a while since I've posted. Two weeks ago I replaced my radiator, and all of my suspension as well as my belts. I unplugged the negative terminal on the battery while doing this. Took a long time by myself but no problems at all. Quite a learning experience for myself. The problem I am having now is when I start to drive from a stop the car's rpm's jump really quickly before catching into the proper gear. My car is an automatic. Kind of strange but figured that was just the ECU trying to relearn itself. It is still continuing and I have some issues with the gear catching sometimes when I put the car in reverse as well. Any ideas? I am very religious about changing the fluids on time and have my transmission fluid changed by Infiniti and I do the rear diff myself.

Sounds like a slipping transmission. Pull your transmission dip stick and verify the proper fluid level, as well as condition of the fluid.
Trans fluid drain/fill is pretty easy to do and far easier than a rear diff or even engine oil change. Might want to consider doing it yourself once you figure out this issue.

I did read that on a couple other threads. I will look into it, thank you. Any other thoughts from anyone that has had the same or similar problem?
