Trunk Popping

I know this is a stupid question, so apologies in advance. I tried to search, and even read the manual and couldn't find a clearcut answer.

I just picked up an '04 Sedan, with premium package if it matters. I know you can pop the trunk with the button inside the car, but is that the only way? There's no trunk button on my FOB (despite one being pictured in the manual). I bought the car from the original owner, and it came with both identical FOBs, I would suspect they're original, but maybe not. There's not even a keyhole on the trunk to get in that way. It just seems really odd that infiniti wouldn't have considered that someone might want to put something in the trunk before they got in the car.

Hopefully I'm just having a special moment and there's something incredibly obvious I'm overlooking.

Haha, no. I definitely could have figured that one out. Pic attached, it looks identical to the one you posted just without the trunk button.

I'd wondered if somehow I ended up with a coupe FOB or something. I know some hatchbacks have releases on the hatch itself without a release on the FOB or a popper in the car, wasn't sure if a G35 coupe was the same way or not.

That's a fob for Nissans such as the Titan, Murano, Quest, etc that use a 3-button remote.

Looks like previous owner got the wrong fobs as replacements. You should have the top one. Time to order a set and reprogram

Thanks. Ordered some off ebay for cheap and it looks like programming them is really simple so I'll see how that goes. I appreciate the help!

Fyi the coupe is a coupe not a hatchback. It has a trunk.
