Horn endlessly honking (video inside)

So whenever it rains my G35 horn just goes crazy. It NEVER stops honking. The only way i get it to turn off is to disconnect the battery.

I think I found the reason. A huge puddle seems to form right under the battery.

I wanted to know if anyhere here is experienced with this and knows how to stop the water from getting in there. I can't seem to find where the water is getting in from. I attatched a video showing what im talking about below.

Keep in mind the car is parked most of the time the horn starts going crazy. So i dont think its coming in from under the car while driving or anything.

Here is the video

There is no way anyone of us can tell you where the water coming from. All we can do is speculate.
What you need to do is siphon that water out. Dry out the area with hair dryer or something and on a sunny day hose that area of the car with water. Wait for half an hour or so allow surface water to dry off and leak through it's normal drain holes. After that see if water has accumulated. If it did start taking plastic off piece by piece and follow the water trail. That is the only sure way to determine where it's coming from.

My horn went off sometimes because of the stupid hood sensor went bad. For no reason at all my horn would beep beep beep for ten seconds then stop. I disconnected it and it never happened again. Maybe the water isn't the problem?

Just an update, I found the problem The water is coming through the black plastic part between the glass and the hood (called a cowl I think). its two pieces. The passenger side is warped and the rubber is not resting on the glass in some areas. So i'm planning to replace both the plastic and the rubber seal on the passenger side. The plastic on the drivers side looks fine, so i'm just thinking of replacing the rubber seal (is this a good idea?)

Also where can I buy these parts? Would I need to put some kind of seal between the rubber and the glass on the new parts?

Heres a video of the cowl leaking

You might not need to replace the plastic piece. Just pull it off, put some caulking under it and put it back on.

Just throwing this out there.....

Has the windshield ever been replaced? If you bought this used can you check around to see who made that glass, should be on one of the corners.

This is my shot in the dark.
