So I've browsed a bunch of different forums, and threads, and it's very difficult to determine what my options are for my car, It's a 2004 G35X, AWD, 4-door. BC Coilovers are one definite option, although expensive. I know people have mentioned using 350Z suspension from specific models or years, but I never got a definite answer on what years fit without any customization needing to be done.

So, if possible, could someone come up with a list of lowering possibilities for my car other than BC coilovers?

There's nothing on Andys Auto Sports that specifies my exact car model, that's my problem most of the time. It only allows me to choose a G35 as the car model, not a G35X. Then all of the photos for parts show a coupe. I don't want to spend a bunch of money and have things not fit.

This is the problem I've been having with any site I go to. I was hoping someone with a 2004 AWD sedan could just tell me the setup/setups they've used that worked

 

any spring designed for a g35 or 350z will work on the AWD.

Its just the ride quailty and the published drop will be diffrent. There isnt a general rule of thumb per say. but ive found to add about an extra .5 inch on coupes and a full inch on 350z. So say the Tein S-tech for 350z claims a 1.5inch drop for the 350z, you add an inch to that. So the drop on the AWD sedan will be about 2.5 inchs.

This is my personal opinion.

 

I guess if I had to choose, I'd rather cut springs than cut fat people.
