How to turn on the mile range?

I wanna know how to turn on the mile range(to show many miles I can go before my tank is done) is there any way to turn that on? I have a 2004 g35x Sedan, I just got it two weeks ago and I love it, bought it used. ALSO for my 04 users how much miles do you get on a full tank with let's say with 50 HW/ 50 City. Thank you

I don't think it can be done, bro. I don't think we have "Range until empty".

you need factory navigation for that function.

press info button on your NAV.. and then select "fuel economy"

reset it once.. I reset it every fill-up.. it's accurate to +/- 0.5MPG.. so pretty decent

lol.. you mean the screen? press that rectangular button on top of the screen. and it'll pop up. The DVD goes into the DVD player between the passenger side glove compartment and dash..

sounds like you need to study the owner's manual

Make sure you get the right version for your year.

I think 03-05 use the version 6 DVD while 06+ uses version 7. The Navi program changed in 2006. It still sucks. I used Waze exclusively now.

I use the Waze app about 99% of the time as well. Real time updates, shows you where wrecks/police/traffic are. I can send updates/ETA to friends/family. I only go to Google Maps when Waze doesn't have an address/place/nearby locations in the system, which is rare. And it's free.

But I can understand if you have NAV, you want it to work.
