My stock Xenon passenger side low beam would come on for a few minutes and turns off, when I turn the left off and back on, it would stay on for anywhere from 10-30 seconds and go off again. Can anyone tell me what could be the problem?

It doesn't flicker, it would just complete turn off.

 

Take the driver side ballast and hook it up on the passenger side. If it works without shutting off you need to replace the ballast.

 

ANd if that doesn't work, swap the bulbs and see if the problem follows the bulb.

Usually that's easier than a ballast swap, so I try that first.
