AC fan vibration

I just replaced replaced the cabin air filter in my 2004 G35X and now the fan vibrates. Anyone else ever have this problem? It's pretty loud and annoying. Thanks

I figured it out. A piece of debris fell into the fan while changing the filter. Cleaned out the fan and all is good.
