G35 & G35x interchangeable?

I'm looking to get a few parts from a 2005 G35x, I have a G35 2005 base are the door panels, and wiper arms interchangeable?

They are the same on a sedan.

Thank u so much. Does automatic vs. manual matter when out comes to mats? Home positions?
