I had my head unit repaired as the heat/air buttons were not functional as well as the radio buttons. All functions now work. The only issue is that the fresh air button light is constantly on when the car is running and the heat/air is off (no air is moving). I do not believe this should be this way but cannot recall. Can someone with a 2003 let me know if their fresh air light is off when the heat/air is off.

The outside air light is on in my 05. I can toggle between recirc. and outside, but one of the two is always on without heat or cool. I just assume this is normal.

Mine is on as well with the HVAC turned OFF
