Boot on Inner Tie Rod - Left vs Right
2003 G35 Sedan
I'm in the middle of a tie rod job. Long story short, I put the right boot on the left side then torqued down the outer tie rod. After this, I realized there is a difference between the left and right boots that go over the inner tie rods.
How significant is this difference? Can the boots be swapped without any issues? I haven't noticed any difference between them until I noticed they had different part numbers.
