HELP 2003 G35 wont start

I need some assistance please. I was driving my G35 down the highway and I felt a jerk in the drivetrain. My gauges dropped and went back to normal and I swear I saw the AT Check light. Car was still running when I parked on side of the road to check under carriage. But after I turned it off it wont start again. Flat bed towed home and replaced battery and starter with brand new ones. Checked all fuses and they are all good. But it wont start still. I was getting 1 click from the starter relay. I get power throughout the car but it wont even attempt to turn over. I am about to replace the starter relay (maybe it that) and I checked the 40amp fuse link and it looks good too. Any advice? Assistance is very much needed.

Ahh, crap. This happened to me last night. I'm scared to go try and start it again now. Threw it in neutral going downhill and my rpms went down to about 100 and my dash lights flickered. Thought my car was gonna die doing 80.

At any rate, I think its the camshaft sensors or crankshaft sensor. I'm just gonna change all 3.
