Need help! Muffler replacement

I'm a noob when it comes to cars, I own a 2004 infiniti g35x sedan awd. My muffler and my exhaust tips are rusty and gross. I want to put a nice big single exhaust muffler with a 4 inch outlet. I want it to turn heads with a rich deep sound. Can someone help me find the right one? Or if I need to buy a universal one and customize it?

Thank you

You're also a noob when it comes to priorities.
"Turning heads" should not be a concern at this point. Fix the problem with a quality exhaust of your choice that fits the sedan.

G35s with an exhaust do not turn heads. At least outside of a high school parking lot they don't.

You can use magma flow (Gdityfive) for cheap or oem replacement. 4" exhaust tips are indeed for ricers.

Haha how did I miss this thread? (Probably cuz muffler threads are dead horse subjects, but I digress).

Anyway, for a totally rich deep supra exhaust sound here's what you do: go buy some loud speakers and install them in your bumper (it'll be super dope, don't worry). Then go to a highschool parking lot with some high quality studio recording mics. Record every exhaust sound that comes out of a supra.

Now, hook those loud speakers up to your HU and a 5000W amp and pop in a CD or play an mp3 of those cool car sounds you recorded. Everyone in a 3 block radius with think there's a monster supra in DA hood. Sweet.

How much do you want to spend? The X is like the unwanted step child. If money is tight get a magan oe rs system. Alot of people dont like them here.but for $450 you get a stainless steel 3in exh!I installed one on my 05 X I have got a lot of compliments for the sound !!yes the system is made in China but the quality of the work is very good! I work in type 304 stainless steel and I've seen thousands of welds and the welds on this muffler system is excellent!and you don't get a lot of drone in the cabin from the exhaust system either.I am speaking of my experience with the Megan system I like it and I would recommend it. And for the cost if you don't like it you can spend $2000 and get a Borla Or hks.you can go on the V 35 Sedan exhaust complimation and hear the different sounds of different systems.I hope I gave you a little bit of insight on a cost-effective exhaust system.

If you drive in winter with RS and salt laden roads, the tips will rust. Guaranteed. Wait a minute, stainless doesn't rust, does it?
