2004 g35x white? smoke out of exhuast
So I have a 04 g35x and i have noticed that I have been smoking out of my exhaust a decent amount. I cant tell if its a light blue or white smoke from my mirror but i have check the oil and it is clean and I am not losing any coolant. Do you guys have any idea what might be causing the smoke? I understand is could be my engine is consuming oil but is there a fix for it? I also got a new PCV valve because i think i saw somewhere saying that if its bad it could cause this type of problem. Any help/input will be greatly appreciated.

Well, in the winter that's a different story. Are other cars around you doing the same thing? A lot of cars smoke from the exhaust when it's cold out. Mine was doing it today, but it's 15 degrees out.
Take a look around and see if other cars are smoking the same amount as you are. If so, then it's probably a combination of the H2O present inthe exhaust and the cold air.

Most cars in the snow at least here in NY have vapors coming out of the exhaust because of the frigid weather, I would not be concerned about it. If you are burning oil you can simply test by looking at your dipstick to see the levels. Only thing is its a huge PITA to put the dipstick back for some reason
