Newbie here...I have been searching the forums for a week now and haven't found anybody that has my exact issue......first off 2005 g35x sedan....when lights are turned on the hids stay on for about 20 seconds or until they are warm once they warm up both light shut down at the exact same time...if I complety shut them off they will come back on for about another 20 seconds and shut off again...I need to know where to start with this because I don't have a lot of spare time to go looking in the wrong places any help is much appreciated!!!!

 

Ballasts. Check connection.

 

Both shutting down at exact same time makes me wonder if it's the ballasts. Sounds like something is getting hot. I would beleive ballasts...but at exact same time???

 

Shorting out? Idk man you know as well as I do he should see a tech.
