Start up issue - Video included

When I turn it onto the on position, it powers up all the lights and radio so seems like the battery is still good, but when It tries turning over, it stalls:

Can anyone tell me what to fix? thanks

That's a battery issue.. if it is clicking and trying to crank, then it's the battery..
