ideas for rims ?? help decide on rim

i have a black 04 sedan with blacked out front grill and eblem, 20" chrome rims (which are heavy) and going to be trading or replacing with some maybe 18" or 19" rims.

thinking of maybe doing black rims to match the rest of the car or maybe black and chrome.

Not a fan of gun metal/silver/machine finish color.

any ideas ?

car and rims are very similar to this : http://photos4.automanager.com/02446...310c4f_640.jpg except i have the black emblem and grill.

Nothing else worth looking at under that

You have a picture of your blacked out front grill?
I was thinking of doing the same thing, and put some black wrap on my trims as well.

Stop with the shitty ghetto rims. Rays are your best bet.

If that's your style bro go for it. No such thing as shitty ghetto rims. More like a shitty ghetto opinion. Many rims can be had for under a grand. Question is are you including your tires and installing into your budget?

only thing with the rays is that i see alot of these cars with those rims (i know the reason might be because its a good go to rim ) but i dont like having my car just like everyone else

There is definitely such a thing as a shitty ghetto rim. OP that is a fair enough response. Might want to look at varrstoen they are about at your price point and knock off nice looking wheels. Problem is they are still heavy, maybe not as heavy as the giant chrome ones you have now.

Thanks bro.. and about the budget not really worried about that cause a really good friend of mine owns the rim shop and he is going to order whichever rim i decide on and just swap me for the rims i currently have (within reasonable price) .

I stand corrected there's two shitty ghetto opinions.

To the op well in that case you have many options available to you in your budget.

Me personally I'm not a fan of rays. I think they are to usual and you see them everywhere. Just my opinion though.

Yeah thats the thing with me as well. . My neighbor has an 05 grey or silver color sedan as well with 20" rays.. If i get those hes gonna give me **** about copying him... ...

After Seeing my friend yesterday I might end up with some 20"s but flatt matt black with lip.. and that way i can still use my current tire ..but those rims even though are 20's they will definitely be lighter From atleast 40-50lbs if not more overall... will see though..
