Sagging rear bumper

I have only owned my G35 for a couple weeks now and have noticed the rear bumper sags in the middle (bottom). The previous owner had a minor rear hit and I am wondering if this caused the sagging - any ideas on how to fix this?

Me personally I would use a heatgun and shape it back slowly.

I would suspect that that is an aftermarket replacement bumper and the quality of materials isn't as good as OEM and exhaust heat may have warped it.
