Might buy a car with problems. Help

Hey guys. I'm looking into buying my buddies 04 g35x sedan. But there are issues.
Codes:
P0455 Evap leak
P0011 bank one camshaft position
P0021 bank two camshaft position
C1500 chassis

As for the camshaft position codes it might just be low and old oil. If not its probably the 2 gaskets behind the front cover right?

And for the other codes Im not sure.
Please help!! And thank you in advance

generally people who buy cars with problems are fairly certain they know how to fix said problems and other unknown problems.

The fact that you think camshaft codes MIGHT be due to low/old oil, or gaskets.... I suggest you NOT to buy said car and find a better sample of the g35x

i personally would pass on that car. cause replacing the gasket is like a 7 hr job for a certified tech. so unless you are getting an amazing deal i would pass.
