so i got my wifes g now, fixed it up, put brand new brakes, bearings, hubs, control arms, some suspension compents all around, but dont like the diamond graphite color too much.
Wanted to get a silver 2006 g35x with lesser miles, like maybe under 60 or 70K.

Should i just upgrade to new g37x? dont like the way the rounded body looks too much, but has better pickup and more power. Read lots of issues with them however, software, tranny, soft paint issues.

Dont know what route to take. Also was looking at m3 and rs7, but dont want to dish out that kind of money. All i want is a proper 4 door awd sport sedan. Sad infiniti quality and drive of newer cars has gone down considerably. Love the g35x 2005-06 versions, but what to do.

If the car you have is running good...just keep driving it.

The devil you know is better than the one you don't

This is the problem, least with me. I believe a proper sports car will always be RWD regardless of doors. The world just adapted to demands of the people and out comes those cute CUV like the rogue.

They can add sporty touches and features to a car but thats about it.

I'm would agree its better to keep your car then to get a new one if your current one is running good. I can list many many reasons for me to get rid of the my own awd sedan but at the end of the day I'm not because its a perfectly running car that I KNOW i've kept up with the maintenance. Been talking to myself a lot lately these past 2 years about this.

I also cant stand some angles of the q50, especially the rear. Just WTF is infiniti doing. Since the 03-06 g35s, everything downhill imho.

There may be some hope though, i am looking forward to new red sport q50 TT next year. Hopefully it drives much better than the g37s and q50's.

some cars on the list ive considered.
bmw M3.
audi rs7 or rs6 if that comes about.
gs f
q50 TT

proper is not the word. I want awd. Too much power on rear wheels and you get a hellcat, not good.
