Looking good so far, you mind posting a link for the fasteners? Always wanted some but never knew the sizes

NFSP G35 had originally made a write up for this. Here is the link. But I'll post the link to where i bought them and which ones I ordered as well

https://g35driver.com/forums/body-in...une-bolts.html

This is the website, Allens Fasteners

http://www.allensfasteners.com

M6x1.0 you'll need 25mm and 16mm (I ordered 30 of each because they're cheap and you never know what you may use the extras for down the line)
http://www.allensfasteners.com/detai...oduct_ID=70507

For the larger ones on your radiator support (4 total) M8x1.25x20mm

As for the washers. Same website

#6 countersunk (for rad support)
#12 countersunk
1/4" countersunk

Again, I'm not the source for all this info. Just delivering it to you

Our cars are twins lol well sort of kinda. Theyre both 05 g35x in white... looking good so far. As far with coils I recommend Fortune Auto coils. Have them on mine and love them.

Are they considerably better than the BC coilovers? Seems like you can't beat their price. I'll check your car out, twin.

I'm running BCs on +6 From the softest setting, they ride really great. You could go with either or. Both are great companies to work with. I would avoid the Megans though. They are pretty stiff versus the other two.

Can't say if they are considerably better since I never had BC or been in a G with them. I went with Fortune cause a few local guys here have these and pretty much sold me on them. Also the warranty is pretty great. Can't go wrong with either. Just more biased towards Fortune cause I have them lol

That's good to hear. Before I had a G35 I was driving a 240sx with HKS gas coilovers and it was a pretty bumpy ride. A friend of mine had fortune auto coils and they were a little better. Then my room mate had BC coilovers on his E36 M3. I know I'm obviously not going to get a great ride with coil overs but I think I'll end up going with BC just from past experience.

Pictures of all those cars below if anyone is interested.

I would like to get rid of mine but that'll probably be far down the line. Once I get some other things done I'll definitely look into it!

I know fortunes are good but I'll probably go with BC. I thank you for the response though!

Back from the dead...

So I've sent in for a quote to have those wheels fixed and painted but haven't received a reply yet.

Installed my skyline battery cover (overnighted from Japan). Planning on having both shaved and painted.

Always thought it would be cool to have a polished bay. Started practicing on small things with just wet sandpaper and a polishing compound.

What do you all use to polish small metal things? I have a dremel and ordered metal polishing bits.

Just out of curiosity, who else has a raspberry pi?
