Why aren't there many pictures of custom dashes/center consoles?
I'm thinking of just making my own dash/center console.

The only thing I'm worried about is getting a body shop to match the silver color of the interior... Or making it too shiny where everything else has like a haze/non reflective surface.

I can do all the fiberglassing, I just can't figure out why many people haven't.
If you look at s10 forums or honda forums, there's like a million people who've done it.

Are we limited on wire length or something?
I haven't looked back there (I need to b/c I need to reset my iSimple device).

I'm probably going to convert to a 4ohm stereo system when I do this too. Still unsure which route I'm going to take.

 

I've seen it down with other makes as well, but not so much with G35's. I've prob seen a handful in the 10 years I've been here?

 

There are some pictures of members using a tablet in their dash, or having a double din installed and a tablet that's about as creative as the G35 can get really.

Search Blue Waffle G' ALF he is a member on here he did a custom dash with boost gauges installed in the dash looks really nice.

Again its all personally preference on what look you want to get from your G
