TIFU need help

So I recently did all of this: replaced both valve covers, replaced spark plugs, replaced knock sensor wire, plenum spacer, replaced necessary seals and o rings.
Now my car is running super rich and has a p0300 code (mult random cyl misfire) it also runs super rough.
No idea what this is, Im pretty sure I reconnected the cps, I'm pretty sure the fuel injectors are correct and I'm pretty sure the coils are connected to the right connector. No I did not get my oil cap rubber stuck in my plenum.
What could it be? :'(

Was the issue there before?

If not, recheck everything you did. Also, on one bank, it's very possible to swap two of the plugs for the COP's and mess up the firing order.

Specifically check the coil pack connectors closest to the firewall on the drivers side and the one directly in front of it (#4 and #6) or verify they are not swapped by checking wire colors. #4 coil should have a gray wire, #6 will have a gray/red wire
