G35 Mud Guard Colors?

does anybody know who has mud guards if the color of the mud guards matches the color of the car? i have a diamond graphite G35x and the dealer told me that the mud guards come in black? i would think that the color would match the color of the car? is this correct?

For 2005, the mud guards are full body color. Nissan was having problem with the supplier. I heard from my dealer that they should be available "soon". I got my 'x' in December and am still waiting for them.

I read that Infiniti was having problems matching the colors on the 05 mud guards and there were back orders on mud guards. Sounds like your dealer is full of hot air as the mud guards should match the color of your car.

I just bought a 2005 DG two days ago and I'm happy to report that my mud guards are a spot on match. They look great and should really help keep the side panels protected. For $100, why not?

BobbyG, do you know if they had to drill new holes or just used existing one? Thanks.

Not sure. Mine was equipped that way. If you have a 2005, the dealship should do this for you if you ask. We paid over $30K for these cars, and the least they can do is install them for you, especially if you ask them to do it while they're changing the oil.

Good luck.
