Early 2003 G35 Drive Belt Replacement

I have an early 2003 G35 with a mechanical fan. Do I need to remove the fan to replace the drive belts?

Does the belt just slide over the fan? I was wondering about this myself, as I have a mechanical fan and would rather not mess with it, if possible. Could you post a link to that vid, please? Thanks.

Here's a suggestion, buy the belt from your local Nissan dealership! The quality of their belts is far superior to what your local auto parts store sells! No, you don't need to remove the fan just to replace the belt...Gary
