Vdc button dial/potentiometer?

Vdc button dial/potentiometer?
I was takin my dash apart today and pulled mynvdc button out during theprocess. While looking at it I noticed there was a small dial (potentiometer?) On the side of the button. Does anyone know what this does.

Not the dial next to it. If you pull the vdc button ougof the dash there is a small trim pot on the side of the actual vdc button. It has to be adjusted with a screw driver

Hmmm don't have a clue then. I've had a **** ton of my car ripped apart but never the VDC button.

Sub'd for the answer.
