I have a 2004 6mt sport sedan. It has quite a lot of miles but has been well maintained. It rides very smooth at city speeds but once I get over 70mph the car will gradually start to vibrate. I can see it in the passenger seat and then in the rear view mirror, then I can feel it myself and it continues to get worse. Like its working itself up. I rotated the tires and the problem stayed. The front steering wheel still felt fine. No vibrations in it so i know it must be coming from the rear. If i had to guess it feels like the rear driver side. If i turn to the left on the highway sharp it feels like the vibration goes away for a brief moment until i straighten up. Possibly a bad rear wheel bearing but I have never had one make the car shake like that, just make a loud growling noise. I hear it could be the compression rod bushings. Maybe the driveshaft carrier bearing. Has anyone else had this issue and solved it?

its really annoying...

thanks.
