Filthy rat in my engine bay! Anyone have a coil wiring diagram?

L stands for blue. B is black. G is green. S is slate (ie grey). PU is purple. P is pink.
The second letter is the stripe color. So L/W is blue with white stripe.
The "color" code is described in the GI section of the FSM.
That said, I just splice that wire back together and see if it fixes your problem. The wiring diagram is just gee-wiz knowledge at this point now that you can physically see a damaged wire.

FIXED!
Figured I'd follow up.
It was tough to work on, but the rat took ~3" of wire with him. That being said, I had to splice in a wire (I used 18g copper wire, which was larger than the 20 or 22g inj wire).
It's all I had at the time.
I soldered it in, behind the engine/plenum, which was really hard to do (even with it unplugged).
It started right up after that. I forgot how much power it has when it's running correctly
I drove it to home depot, bought some self sealing silicone tape, and wrapped it up.
I'm so happy now.
Before I saw that wire, I started to believe it was low compression. Thank god it wasn't a head gasket/broken valve.
