2003 G35 Sedan - using Coupe Parts?

I'm in the process of trying to replace some parts on my G35 Sedan and noticed a lot of Coupe parts on Craigslist. I'm specifically looking for stock springs and a new "y" pipe. Short story long, I live on an alley that is ROUGH!! Low life ain't working. Do Coupe parts work on my Sedan? I've heard the "y" pipe is the same. Thanks!!

Many coupe parts and 350Z parts will work on the sedans. The y-pipe is a direct swap and coupe springs will fit fine and leave your car slightly lower than it sits stock.

Do some research on "G/Z" spring combo. That's the most popular and affordable swap for the sedan. I have been running that combo on my 04 sedan for a few years and it's just about perfect. A slightly more firm front sway bar would make it perfect IMO.

Stance is just about an inch lower all around.
