Got pulled over a few nights ago for my plate light not on and to my surprise there wasn't anything where the light should be. Is there an alternative I can use?

 

From what I've seen, it is a common problem with that bracket. I'm willing to bet that it is still there, but just behind the bumber a little ways, unless someone took it off of you. I can see the rusted parts. It has been asked a few timeshere; just do a search and you can see what others have done.

 

These like to rust off, look under and see if you have license plate lights just hanging out down there.
