So I've only had this car for about a week and a half. Cam Sensor went out and I replaced it with the OEM part from the Infiniti Dealer. Car has a oil leak not sure where but it not extreme. Never heard this noise before. The other night I went to check my oil and it was right on the safe line so I added some 10w-30 and it drove fine. The next morning it made this noise but much quieter. Then that evening it was much louder. Initially thought it was a bealt or an idler pulley making the squeaking/clanking on start. Took belts off and started the car and the noise persisted. Also some more information.. after the car starts and the noise dies down if you put it in reverse it mimics the noise not as loud as when starting the car but loud and noticeable. Any other gear it doesn't make a sound. If you put it in reverse after starting then into anything else then back to reverse it won't make any noise either. Lastly if I drive the car sometimes, not all the time, it will also make the noise.
