High fuel trim. No codes

The short trim fuel at idle runs between 0 to 25. The long term fuel trim is 15 to 17. The car runs great.

At idle if i let it run for coiple minutes it start idling a little rough and feels like the car will die.

No codes. I looked for leak and spray TB cleaner around areas that can have leak but couldn't find a vacume leak.

03 with 130k. Any idea what's wrong?

Mine runs +7% all the time practically for LTFT, STFT fluctuates a few % depending on load and such but I think you have a leak somewhere. Snoop around with a can of throttle body cleaner on every gasket or mating surface, if it's sucking TB cleaner while it's running it will drop your idle. Easy way to find leaks.

Recommend doing this with the engine COLD first, keeps expansion to a minimum and maximizes your chances of finding the leak.

The one vac line you can't really do this with is the driver side PCV line, take off the intake tube (part of the inspection is checking leaks on the corrugated section anyways) and if the tube can twist freely on that valve cover outlet port then put a better clamp on it to replace the spring-tension clamp.

I sprayed cleaner all over and can't find a leak. I guess it's time to take it to the shop

I would look up how to build a DIY smoke machine, I did it myself and that's how I found a vacuum leak. You can try unplugging your MAF as well to see if it runs richer.

Also check out getting your MAF cleaned, inspect ignition components, make sure there's no exhaust leaks, idle air relearn, ecu relearn, etc. Running rough is indication of a larger issue.
