Motordyne TDX 2 on sedan
Motordyne TDX 2 on sedan
I've seen someone post about trying to fit the exhaust on the sedan and the problems that arise with that (spare tire well and emissions system) but its the only exhaust that sounds good enough to me, all the others either sound ricey/raspy, or dont sound as "angry", im planning on having professionals work on it, would it be possible for a shop to almost make a custom replica of it that can fit the sedan and if so what kind of price increase could that be, thanks in advance if anyone is still on here.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

No shop is going to be able to make a replica of the TDX and have it sound right. Tony spent hundreds, maybe thousands, of hours designing and producing his exhausts and tweaked them just right.
There's a thread on here somewhere that details a stock coupe exhaust install on a sedan but I bet the pictures got lost over the years and with the recent Photobucket fail. IIRC you have to cut up the trunk and relocate the evap system among other mods to make it happen. If you have professionals do the work just buy a used TDX, drop it off to them and let them go from there. BUT if it happens we want details and pictures because it will interest a ton of members on here.
