Check engine light please help
Check engine light please help
My check engine light came on went and scan it and got multiple codes now I'm confuse. Last night as I was driving home i signal but notice my signal blinkers on the dashboard was not showing so I pulled over step out to see but the signal was flashing outside but not showing on the dashboard, my headlights would not turn off even though I'm turning it off then i shut the car off to try and start it again but it wouldn't start. I tried and tried just kept cranking then like 10 mins later it started I was able to drive home and park it. This morning I started it and check engine light was on. This this are the code. Btw it's a 2003 Infiniti G34 sedan

Take the battery out of the vehicle and take it down to be tested, when reinstalling the battery clean the cable lugs with a wire brush and apply anti-oxidation grease (de-ox) to the mating surfaces. That many various systems (steering, CAN, ECU) to experience trouble all at once is usually a battery problem.
Don't just use a digital multimeter and call it good, the battery needs to be load bank tested with the real machine, if the battery is a vented style (definitely not recommended for the G35 due to proximity to the fresh air duct) then use a hydrometer to test each cell electrolyte as well.
EDIT: if the problem isn't the battery then it might be worth a trip to Nissan for a diagnostic so you know EXACTLY what the problem is and can then decide how to proceed with repairs.

I went and got the battery tested at autozone it came up bad battery but when I did it with a voltmeter I was getting above 12 volts but I got a brand new battery at autozone but the check engine light is still on. Does it take time to go off or something? I was thinking of getting the check engine light clear out and see if it comes on again

You might have paid a little more for a battery at the dealer but you would not have driven out with a check engine light.
You get what you pay for.

Usually the cost of a diagnostic fee is about the same price regardless of which mechanic you take it to, the hourly labor rate at Nissan is typically competitive as well. The only price that IS different is the cost of the parts because most shops use shitty parts that are good enough to get the customer rolling again but nowhere near the quality of the actual OEM parts (that's why they cost more...).
Basically you get what you pay for.
